Feeling supported

Feeling supported is so important to all of us. We want to feel loved and cared for by our friends and family. This improves our self-belief, confidence and self-esteem. Without the support we are left feeling fragile and alone. Appreciate the support. Don’t take it for granted.

Feeling supported is one of the most important needs we have when we are born. We seek for the support from our primary care-givers. Receiving the emotional and physical support is crucial because without it we are left feeling insecure about our own being.
